TO LOSE WEIGHT= you have to burn more calories than you take in.
Taking that in consideration, I would highly recommend you to keep a food journal, so you could track your calories :)
The best things in life require hard work. So never get discourage, remember that losing weight isn’t easy.
It’s going to take a lot of discipline and willpower. But just because something is difficult, it’s not impossible. The fact is … You can do it!
Now I also need to remind you this:
Exercise is an essential element to getting and staying healthy. It revs up your metabolism, making your body a fat-burning machine.
(HINT: GO FOR A RUN! is an extremely efficient way to burn calories and drop pounds)
*In addition to exercise, your eating patterns will affect your weight loss. So you have to allow yourself to feel hunger. That little gnawing feeling you get in your stomach late at night means that your body is ready to “eat the fat.” To ignore your growling stomach, step away from the refrigerator and find something to occupy your mind.
If you can’t ignore your cravings drink water like CRAZY!
at least that’s what I do and it usually does the trick.
